Q: When will you receive your order? A: At Redefined Rebel our delivery time within Denmark is two to three work days, and three to five work days for deliveries abroad. If you place your order before 2 pm on a work day, the order will be shipped the same day.

Q: How much is the shipping? 15 euro – if you wish to return an order or an item, you pay the return postage.

Q: How do I trace my package? A: You will receive an email/a text message from GLS, when the package leaves our warehouse.

Q: Is the item in stock? A: All goods found at redefinedrebel.com are in stock; however, we reserve our position in cases of incorrect storage information.

Q: Are there more sizes than those found on the website? A: Basically, all available sizes are found on the website; however, it may be possible to order your size specifically. Please contact customer services at support@redefinedrebel.com if you need a size which is not found on the website. We will then make enquiries on your behalf.

Q: How do I return my package? A: See guidance here

Q: How soon will I receive a refund? A: Up to 14 bank days. Redefined Rebel has no control of the time required to refund a purchase, as this is done by Nets.

NOTE! If you pay by Mastercard, up to 30 days may pass before the refund reaches your account. This is also outside of the control of Redefined Rebel.
